Richard Crown suggests a “gazing” meditation technique that he claims is the fastest and easiest. Simply pick an object, look at it without breaking focus, and breathe. The benefits of this technique are intrinsic to its practice as they are imparted naturally. There are many advantages in using this technique over other ways of meditating. It can be done anywhere without any special equipment and takes very little time.
